The Fulbright Commission is offering a Summer Studies program scholarship to high school graduates and students in their 1st-4th semester of their Bachelor’s studies, who take part in the three week long Diversity Institutes program at the Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

The program offers seminars and workshops at the Trinity University in US history, politics and society. The program will also show students the culture of undergraduate studies at an American university.

Students can take part in the program in one of the following time periods:

Aug 14 to Sep 3 2017 or

Sep 4 to Sep 25 2017.

The scholarship covers on-campus accommodations, program fees, a flight from a centeral German airport to San Antonio and back, health insurance for the duration of the program, participation fees in the preparation programs in Berlin.

Applicants must be German citizens/have a German passport valid until December 2017, as well as high school graduates and/or students in their 1st-4th semester of their Bachelor’s studies with a migration background.

The application deadline is February 20 2017.
