American Space Leipzig provides new and innovative research resources, learning materials, and study-spaces in the Leipzig University Library West Wing. These include data-bases, the latest scholarship from leading presses, computer work-stations, and a dedicated reading area.

Please join us for a roundtable discussion on transatlantic relations with Dr. Michael Kimmage.

Dr. Kimmage is Professor of History at the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. He is an expert in intellectual history of conservatism and anti-communism in the US during the Cold War era. His last book, The Conservative Turn (Harvard UP), was published in 2009. Between 2010 and 2012, Dr. Kimmage was part of the research project “Amerikanische Europakonstruktion & Transatlantische Politik 1945 bis zur Gegenwart“ at the Center for Advanced Studies at LMU Munich
